Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

   1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Sale

   By placing an order or using our services, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms and      Conditions of Sale.


   2. Orders and Payments


      2.1. Orders

  • All orders are subject to product or service availability.
  • Prices for products or services, as displayed on our website, may be subject to change without prior notice.


       2.2. Required Information

  • Passengers must provide all necessary information, including the name of the cruise ship, to ensure the smooth progression of the tour.


      2.3. Payments

  • Payments are processed through credit card via our Stripe payment gateway, in the customer's local currency at the prevailing exchange rate, and include the company's local VAT.
  • Bank transfers are also accepted.
  • Any unpaid or partially paid order must be settled in full before the commencement of the excursion.


   3. Services


      3.1. Execution of Services

  • The execution of services will be carried out in accordance with the agreed-upon terms of the order.
  • Normandy Premium Tours reserves the right to subcontract its services to third parties to ensure quality and availability of tours.
  • Please note that our drivers are professional drivers and do not provide tour guide services. For detailed information about the tours, customers must select the guided tour option. In the absence of this option, customers will explore independently.


         3.2. Excursions and Safety

  • Excursions will be conducted in compliance with our safety rules and in accordance with the laws of the excursion's host country.
  • Drivers reserve the right to make stops during journeys to adhere to transportation regulations.


   4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the excursion.
  • Refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, subject to bank processing times.
  • Normandy Premium Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to technical or safety constraints, or for any other reason preventing the tour's realization. Customers will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued.


   5. Liability and Warranty

  • Normandy Premium Tours shall not be held responsible for indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
  • Our products and services are provided "as is," without any warranty, either express or implied.


   6. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights related to our products, services, and website are the exclusive property of Normandy Premium Tours.

  • These TCS are governed by the laws of France.
  • Any dispute arising from these TCS shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Le Havre Commercial Court.

  • We reserve the right to modify these TCS at any time. All modifications will be published on our website.
